Possibility to delete own messages
This highly requested feature will help in situations when something went wrong and incorrect information was sent to a chat. If your chat agents have a permission to delete their own messages, they will be able to quickly fix the issue. And if you don't want your agents to be able to delete their messages, you can disable this permission in your account Control Panel, Operators & Departments page.
